This poem was inspired by Chinese-American geographer Yi-fu Tuan and his book "Topophilia: A Study of Environmental Perception, Attitudes and Values" to which he argues for the importance between human connection and layers of different environments. "
"Topophilia" by Amanda Andrews takes to place themselves and others who find themselves placed and grounded by the love of being, and the love of place.
